This is a complete ENT diagnostic set with 5 different instrument heads, all accessories and 3.5v power supply.

Included in this kit is a 3.5V otoscope head, student ophthalmascope, bent arm illuminater, expandable nasal specula, tongue depressors and two bent arm mirrors.
